This is a further exploration of a series of experiments I completed in 2021, where you can create a variable pitch pattern using a sketch ‘graph’ and then apply the pattern to various types of geometry using the deform tool. In this video I have explored creating a variable ripple pattern, applied to geometry with compound curvature. The process seems to be fairly robust, which is always welcome!
